St. John's Episcopal Cathedral, Denver, Colorado, will hold a requiem eucharist in memory of Matthew Shepard at 5:15 p.m. on Wednesday, October 14, 1998. Bishop W.J. Winterrowd, diocesan bishop of the Diocese of Colorado, will celebrate. Tom Troeger, a professor of homiletics at Iliff School of Theology, will give the sermon.
The Cathedral is located at 1313 Clarkson. From I-25 take the Colfax exit and go east to Washington Street. The Cathedral is on Fourteenth Avenue between Washington and Clarkson. Parking is available in the lot between Fourteenth and Colfax, off Washington, and in the lot south of Morey Middle School, which east of the Cathedral.
